Amira
The most compact in Albedo catalogue, Amira is still in the league of true high-fidelity runners. It embodies most of the concepts of original Albedo projects, with that starting blaze of an endeavour to let a small speaker sound as a serious big performer.
Technical specifications basically are in the footsteps of the bigger Aptica ceramic model, but exploiting custom drivers that allow us to offer it in a more compact and versatile design. Same linear phase crossover, same Helmholine equalization loading amd the same DSD acoustic traps in the unique Albedo style.
Do not let be cheated by its small size! Once in your hi-fi audio system, Amira will be able to do something that seldom a new speaker does: it will simply amaze you.
AMIRA is our smallest speaker, designed to fit perfectly into increasingly smaller domestic spaces.
It is our first model to use custom drivers, built according to our specific requests.
Since our traditional transmission line system requires certain parameters and often bulky cabinets, we opted for a drastic solution to allow the use of our technology in a totally reduced cabinet!
Important details of our Midwoofer stand out such as the rigid woven membrane, the highly aerodynamic aluminum basket and the oversized shielded neodymium magnet.
The tweeter is responsible for the most important part of the high frequency range... where greater precision, dynamics and linearity are required...
For this reason we have opted for long-tested materials, capable of competing with the most exquisite ceramic membranes of our most prestigious speakers.
However, the complementary part that makes up the tweeter has been revised down to the smallest detail to guarantee an equally detailed musical reproduction and with very low levels of harmonic distortion.
Thanks to its neodymium tweeter and the design of the resonance chamber that minimizes compression and internal cancellations, we are able to offer a tweeter with high dynamics and sound realism that will surprise you!
