Alma is our new High-End center channel speaker specifically designed to integrate into a HOME CINEMA environment in combination with our ALBEDO speakers, so as to maintain the same timbre even during the reproduction of voices.
Our new model boasts all the technical design features that have so far distinguished the ALBEDO brand and is able to offer highly convincing, natural and lively reproduction of voices, with superb realism thanks to the remarkable dynamics and the truly low level of harmonic distortion.
The great rigidity of the CELL tweeters will surprise you with its extraordinary ability to faithfully reproduce every single detail of the musical signal and in particular of voices.
Alma Diamond
For the most demanding enthusiasts, we have also provided a version with the 25mm Diamond Tweeter, whose performance is identical to that of our flagship models such as the ACCLARA DIAMOND SGS or the ATESIA DIAMOND SGS.
Diamond is the most rigid material in the World and thanks to its very low mechanical dispersion it is able to reproduce every single musical detail, maintaining a very low level of acoustic distortion and high excursion capability for low power compression thanks to optimized underhung motor design with vented titanium voice coil former.

ALMA features a totally handmade point-to-point crossover.
Also in this project we have opted for the use of a minimalist Crossover in which each single contact between the components is mechanically blocked with silver solder and thus avoid any risk of oxidation
So we believe that in our design the audio signal passes through less metal and along the more direct path to the speakers and therefore minimize any type of loss or alteration of the original musical signal.
And to ensure maximum transparency of the musical signal, we have again relied on the best components produced by Mundorf, such as low-resistance OFC copper voice coils, oil-impregnated PP capacitors and shielded anti-inductive resistors.
The cabinet design from the beginning has foreseen the exclusive use of a specific support that enhances the sonic precision while maintaining maximum linearity and acoustic coherence.
As in all ALBEDO speakers, the cabinet plays a crucial role in the precision of the musical signal reproduction, as it provides stability to the drivers and maximizes the thrust of the membranes during air movements.
For this reason, the cabinets are made of thick and robust wood sandwich panels, weighted and further stabilized with a metal plate.... The pedestal, equipped with a solid iron plate integrated into the base, lowers the center of gravity of the masses, providing extraordinary stability to the entire central channel... Finally, the speaker is mechanically fixed to the support base.
